  5. Carefully layer with pudding mix to cover cookies..
  6. Layer bananas and pudding until mix is used..
  7. Top it off with cookies and bananas. Let it chill in the fridge for about an hour to set, then enjoy!.

Not to mention it's so easy and quick to whip up a huge pan of this stuff. This is the recipe my grandmother uses a lot for. The easy and healthy way with bananas, chia seeds, cashews, dairy-free milk, and layers of Blend again on high until creamy and smooth. Pour into a jar and refrigerate overnight. It will thicken as it chills.
