  1. Mix maida and sugar powder n keep aside.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Add essence.
  4. Add baking powder and oil.
  5. Add bananas paste and melted butter.
  6. Add maida+sugar powder to this mixture...add little by little.
  7. Apply butter in a bowl..and put little maida n dust it off.
  8. Put raisins in the bottom and pour the cake mix.
  9. Place one lid in cooker and put the bowl on that. Let it cook on low flamewithout whistle n without gasket for 45mins.
  10. Open the lid n check. If cooked by placing a fork n checking.
  11. Let it cool and then put cake upside down into a plate and the cake is ready.
