Ingredients of Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Bites

  1. You need 1/2 packages of Semi sweet milk choc chips.
  2. Prepare of Bananas- cut up in 1/2 in thick rounds..I think I used 3 or 4.
  3. You need of Creamy Peanut butter- to spread between 2 banana round slices each time.
  4. Prepare 1/2 packages of Ghirardelli milk choc chips.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of Crisco butter flavor veg shortening stick.

Remove frozen banana bites from the freezer. Dip the bites into the melted chocolate, place back on the wax paper. If you have chocolate and/or peanut butter and/or banana cravings as much as I do, then this frozen treat is sure to be a winner.   1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, cut up bananas half inch thick or so, then spread/wedge some peanut butter between 2 round banana slices. And once done with a pan full, put the pan in freezer for about an hour or so..

Put on 1 min increments and take out and stir, and back in for another min or 2, and out & stir until melted. Then dip, put back on parchment paper baking sheet that it was on..
  3. Put in freezer another hour or so to harden up. Take them all off, and put in a freezer bag or freezer container, and store in freezer..
  4. TIP/FYI: whenever you want to eat some, never let them defrost completely because bananas will be soggy. Usually I just take a few or however many I want out of the freezer container that I put them in, and let them sit out on a napkin about 10 min or so..
