- You need as required of Oil - for deep fry.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper -.
- You need 1/2 tbs of Black salt -.

The bananas should be partially cooked (Overcooking of bananas may affect the crispiness of the chips). The banana skin turns pale brown at this stage. Drain the water and let it cool. Peel the skin and cut partially cooked raw bananas into thin slices.

- You can store this for long time(but it will finish at the same day)..
