  17. You need 1 tbsp of corn flour dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water.

Spaghetti Khowsuey step by step

  1. For curry. Heat ghee in big vessel. Add chopped cauliflower, carrot,french beans, green peas,onion and potato pieces..
  2. Add soda bi carb and salt. Saute for few minutes till soft. Add little water and cook for 5 mins,in between stirring constantly..
  3. After 5 mins add chopped tomatoes, green chillies ginger paste and garlic coarse paste. Mix and cook till done..
  4. As veggies being cook, prepare coconut milk...add coconut pieces in mixer jar,grind it. Add water and grind again to smooth paste. Strain this coconut mixture through muslin cloth..to get coconut milk. Keep aside..
  5. On other gas, keep water filled vessel for boiling. Chopped spaghetti into small pieces. Put in boiling water,add salt and 1 tbsp oil. Boil for 10-12 minutes (till cooked). Strain and keep aside..
  6. As veggies being cook add coconut milk,boil and add corn flour water. Stir till curry turns thick. Remove from flame..
  7. For mint concoction...grind mint leaves, chopped green chillies,salt in blender to smooth paste. Add water to make liquid consistency..
  8. To assemble/ serve..in a plate place boiled little hot spaghetti..
  9. On it pour curry..
  10. Sprinkle potato fries,banana chips (crushed),and roasted peanuts..
  11. On it sprinkle chilli sauce,soya sauce and mint concoction..
