- Preheat oven at 375°.
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl,mix well. In saucepan combine water,butter & cocoa, bring to a boil. Meanwhile beat eggs & buttermilk well. Mix boiled ingredients with dry ingredients til blended. Add egg/buttermilk mixture,blend well. Grease & flour 9 x 13 pan, pour mixture in. Bake 33mins, til toothpick inserted comes out clean..
- Place cookie rack overtop then turn over out of pan to cool on rack..
- Once cool, slice lengthwise & separate gently to cool both halves..
- Once cake halves cool then prepare cream filling.
- Mix soft cream cheese,vanilla & powder sugar til smooth with mixer. Add heavy cream & mix on high til thick..
- Frost bottom half, then lay top half ontop of frosted bottom half. So end result looks like giant cake sandwich.
- Then gently slice into 15 squares while assembled on wire rack with wax paper under rack. Gently separate all 15 squares..
- Then on very low heat melt parafon wax & chocolate morsels til smooth. Then quickly but gently start drizzling over each square top..
