- You need 2 Cups of Oatmeal (Oats).
- You need 2 of Bananas (Large & Ripened).
- You need 2 tsp of Baking Powder.

- Prepare 1 Cup of Fresh Milk.
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of Butter (Melted).

- Combine- Oats, Banana, Baking Powder, Salt, Milk, Eggs, Honey & Vanilla Essence in a Mixer-Blender jar & blend until becomes a smooth & lump free batter, pour out in a bowl & mix gently in a few folds, with a spatula- if the consistency of your batter seems to be too much thick- add a little more milk 🥛 to dilute the same & mix well until the correct consistency is derived.
- Heat a large skillet/frying pan over medium heat until sufficiently hot to pour in the pancake batter...Now, add in it 2 tsps of the melted butter 🧈& swirl it to coat & cover the entire pan.
- Scoop up 1/4-1/2 Cup batter depending on the size you wanna them to be (I personally prefer the medium size of it for the convenience to flip it in a jiffy) & pour it onto the hot skillet until it starts bubbling on it's top.
- Now, quickly and gently flip it over onto it's other side to cook as well- Repeat the same, with the rest of the batter and prepare as many servings as is required 👍🏻.
- Once done transfer the same onto a serving plate & garnish with the aforementioned ingredients of your choice.
