- sauteé for about 7 minutes until soft .....
- slice bananas thick ; about 1 inch add to the skillet .... and let them sauteé with the peppers....
- DO NOT STIR THE BANANAS.... take a spatula and carefully flip them with the peppers.... for about 3 minutes. just enough to be slightly melted..... if you were to stir the bananas u would mash them and end up with a custard - like pudding.... and you don't want that haha.
